How does delivery work?
Order Received
You receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. Your payment is verified at this stage.
Order Preparation
Your order is packed at our European warehouse — usually within 1–2 business days.
Shipped
You receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel with the carrier.
Delivered
Your parcel arrives within 3–6 business days from dispatch. We do not ship to islands.
Confirmation E-mail
After placing your order you will receive an e-mail with the order number. After dispatch — an e-mail with the tracking number.
Delivery Time
We ship from EU warehouses (France, Spain, Germany). Delivery: 3–6 business days. No shipments to islands.
Parcel Not Arrived?
If more than 10 business days have passed, contact us — we will help resolve the issue directly with the carrier.
